3. Les Arolles and La Cabuche Restaurants

Location
Arc 1600

Hotel Arcadien in in Arc 1600 welcomes you to its two fine restaurants.

In a contemporary mountain setting, the Restaurant Les Arolles proposes imaginative cuisine with local flavours. Starters include such French classics as onion soup topped with grilled Beaufort cheese or more modern dishes like carpaccio of red tuna. Main courses include pan-seared scallops with roasted chestnuts, slow cooked lamb stew and grilled rib of beef.

All dishes are accompanied by a choice of tasty side dishes. The dessert menu is particularly tempting with a cheese board, a winter fruit soup and a blueberry clafoutis with cream amongst the selection.

If you wish to try a more traditional local dish you can get together at Restaurant La Cabuche to share your day’s experiences over a Savoyard speciality. Choose from tartiflette, raclette, berthoud and more, not forgetting the traditional and delicious cheese fondue…

Both restaurants are easily accessible both from the pistes and from resort centre.
