3. Le Belmont Apartment Residence

Facing Mont Blanc, in the village of Charmettoger, the Pierre & Vacances Le Belmont Residence at Arc 1800 has been refurbished to a high standard, and offers an exceptional panoramic view and snow as far as the eye can see. It has an excellent position on the edge of the forest 500m from the centre of the resort, and 300m from the Les Villards shopping centre and ski lifts. Arc 1800 is a car-free resort.

In all apartments: Fully equipped kitchen area with 4 ceramic hobs, refrigerator, microwave-grill oven, dishwasher, electric coffee maker, kettle. 4. Aiguille Grive Chalet Hotel

This chic modern hotel is situated right next to the slopes, making it the ideal retreat where you can easily access the pistes.

Designed to reflect the avant-garde spirit of Les Arcs, the interior makes use of bright, simple colours and streamlined furnishings, topped off with large floor-to-ceiling windows letting in plenty of light. Both the interior and the exterior of the buildings use traditional alpine wood, helping them blend perfectly into this mountain environment.

The stylish rooms have all been fitted with modern conveniences such as flat-screen satellite TVs, and each has access to a private balcony with fantastic mountain views.

In addition to the single and double guest bedrooms within the hotel, guests can also enjoy the chalet experience. The collection includes four- or six-bedroom chalets where you can relax in your own private living space with family and friends, either self-catering or hiring one of the private chefs.

In true French style, animals are welcome at this hotel, and the cost per night for your family pet to accompany you on holiday is €10.

5. Les Alpages de Chantel Premium Apartment Residence

Located on the hillside of the resort, in Les Arcs 1800, “Les Alpages de Chantel” residence offers a magnificent panorama overlooking the valley, and direct access to the skiing slopes. The two buildings in stone and wood, standing in a forest setting, provide a welcome and restful change of scenery. Home to newly upgraded apartments!

Picture a chalet perched in the snow-capped mountains with panoramic views of the Alps. This is the Les Alpages de Chantel Premium residence.

Located up above Arc 1800, this residence blends naturally into the surrounding forest. A quiet environment is guaranteed here, promising you a holiday that will recharge your batteries. The two chalet-style buildings are located 1 km from one another and connected by a footpath. You'll find the view over the valley and Mont Blanc truly breathtaking.

Everything's planned to make you feel at home. You'll find yourself in a cosy apartment where wood is the material of choice and creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The Chantel building has no lift and you'll need to go outside to access to the swimming pool. But what it does offer are some real opportunities to relax thanks to its fitness studio and Deep Nature® spa. There is also a restaurant and a snack bar.

Bringing the family? The Roselend building is perfect for you. Its direct access to the swimming pool and proximity to the ESF nursery will satisfy all ages.

6. Arc 1950 Le Village Premium Residence

7. Taj-I Mah Hotel

Perched upon a cliff in Les Arcs' highest village, Arc 2000, this establishment was opened in 2016 as Paradiski's first 5-star hotel. From ski-to-door access to a fully equipped spa, gourmet restaurants and elegantly decorated rooms, it offers all the luxuries you expect from a five-star hotel.

Meaning "Crown of the Moon" in one of the many Indian languages, this hotel is a real jewel on the slopes. Open to the surrounding mountains and flooded in natural light, it's exceptionally well located right on the slopes of Arc 2000.

There are 48 rooms inside the hotel, with the suites situated on the top floor. Family rooms are also available. The hotel also has a lounge bar and two restaurants, the bistro L'Atelier and the gourmet Diamant Noir. The 400m2 spa opens up to the surrounding mountains thanks to its huge windows. Inside, a 15m indoor pool, a sauna, a jacuzzi and a steam room, plus beauty treatments and massages.

There's also an in-house ski shop renting out gear, a babysitting service and baby kits upon request, and the possibility of booking your passes and activities through their concierge service.

8. Emeraude Hotel

Nicolas and Dominique welcome you to their hotel, located just 50m from one of the ski lifts and 400m from the “Vanoise express”.  With snow cannons serving all of the Vallandry pistes down to the hotel, you can be sure of good skiing conditions back to the hotel throughout the season.

The hotel offers 54 guest bedrooms with a view of Mont Blanc or the Beaufortin Mountain. Sleeping between 4-6 people, there are 18 double/twins, 31 triple/family rooms, 3 multiple rooms (sleeping 5-6) and 2 duplex rooms sleeping 6. The rooms come in three different categories: Standard - street view; Comfort - west facing with mountain view, and Prestige - larger rooms with balcony and Mont Blanc view. All rooms are equipped with ensuite bath/shower facilities, complimentary toiletries, flat screen TV, telephone, desk and free wifi.

When you come back from skiing, enjoy the last rays of sunshine on the terrace over a hot chocolate or delicately spiced hot wine and a chocolate Chantilly crepe. Kids will love the games room with a pinball machine and video games, whilst the adults can take advantage of the relaxation area with its indoor pool, hammam and fitness machines. The secure ski room has boot warmers and direct access to the slopes.

It's a great place for an all-inclusive ski trip, a family holiday or a romantic getaway in a warm and friendly atmosphere.

9. Arcadien Hotel

A fully renovated hotel with a contemporary mountain style and fabulous views over the Tarentaise valley.

The hotel offers a cosy lounge bar, two restaurants and spa, everything you could need for a wonderful and relaxing stay at the foot of the slopes in one of Europe’s largest ski domains.

All 30 rooms have been completely renovated and offer calm and comfortable accommodation sleeping from 2 to 4 people. All are equipped with private shower/bathroom, complimentary toiletries, flat-screen cable TV, free Wi-Fi, hairdryer, room safe and iPhone docking station.

There are also two different types of suite available; a Duplex Suite - 38m2 set out over two levels sleeping 4, and a Terrasse Suite - 22m2-30m2, some of which are interconnecting and all have south-facing terraces with panoramic views. Sleep 2-4 people. 

Once the lifts have closed, you can enjoy the elegant and inviting atmosphere of the spa. Massages, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, Nordic bath and relaxation room - envelope yourself in a sense of well-being.

They also have great services for quality incentive breaks, board meetings or work sessions. The warm, friendly atmosphere of the hotel and the pure Alpine air brilliantly promote enthusiasm and success.

In winter, the staff are at your disposal to put together with you a programme of different sports and activities: powder ski, ski joëring, bobsleigh, paragliding, snowshoe walking, discovering rally driving, blind cheese and honey tasting, sledging, snowmobile, etc.

10. Altezza Hôtel and Spa

Totally refurbished during summer 2019, this is a great place to stay particularly if you're travelling with the family or as a group. This large hotel has everything you need onsite as well as great views over the Tarentaise Valley and surrounding mountains. Open in summer and winter.

Located at the heart of the Les Arcs-Paradiski resort, the Mercure Les Arcs 1800 hotel has 80 brand new guest bedrooms including 11 chalet-style suites. The bedrooms are all spacious (34m²) and will easily accommodate a family of four or four adults. Each one has bunk beds separated from the main bedroom by a sliding door, ensuite bath/shower facilities, tea/coffee maker, wifi, flat-screen TV and a balcony with amazing views.

The suites have the same facilities as the bedrooms but are more spacious (45-55m²) and can sleep between four to six people. Comprising two rooms, with sofa bed in the lounge area, desk space, Nespresso machine, bathrobes, hairdryer, safe and balcony with panoramic views.

The hotel enjoys a ski in/out location and has its own ski shop onsite meaning that getting ready to hit the slopes couldn't be simpler. With easy and convenient access from Bourg St Maurice, this hotel is also a good option for corporate and business clients, offering eight meeting rooms and a capacity for up to 200 delegates.
