Discover insights about Les Arcs hotels
Les Arcs is predominantly an apartment resort, but it does have a good selection of hotel accommodation on offer, the number and variety of which is gradually increasing. Pretty much all of the hotels in Les Arcs have excellent access to the slopes and the local après-ski hot spots.

Chalets and apartments are usually the most popular accommodation options when it comes to ski holidays. They tend to offer more room, more flexibility in terms of catering and, sometimes, better prices. However, hotels are also a great choice for those visiting Les Arcs, especially when you're not coming for a full week.
Why book a hotel room instead of a chalet or an apartment in Les Arcs?
If you aren't planning on a full week ski holiday, hotels can offer much more flexibility on dates, plus many can't be beaten in terms of extended services and facilities such as gourmet restaurants, spas, swimming pools, fitness rooms, tennis courts, childcare, bike and/or ski hire, flexible catering options... the choices are endless. And even though some apartment and chalet companies have recently made their booking requirements more flexible, the reality is that many can only be booked for six or seven days especially in peak season.

Les Arcs has one five-star hotel. The first one to boast this high rating in the whole ski area, it opened in winter 2017 bringing with it a much needed injection of opulence to the resort.
Taj-I Mah Hotel & Spa
One of Les Arcs' newest hotels is also one of its finest. The five-star Taj-I Mah Hotel & Spa is located right next to the ski lifts in Arcs 2000, only 100m from the Lanchettes chairlift and with ski-to-door access. It is run by the same company that not so long ago opened La Source des Arcs residence, which shares some facilities with the hotel. As well as a pool and on-site ski hire shop, the hotel boasts a fine dining restaurant.

Les Arcs has a good selection of hotels and aparthotels (apartment buildings with hotel facilities) that are great for groups or families sharing accommodation. Many of these apartments can accommodate small groups and, for larger parties, you can rent more than one.
