Thibaud Duchosal's Success with 'Rise' Leads to a New Freeride Film
Les Arcs local produces award winning freeride skiing film
Rise is a freeride film, released last autumn, which follows a group of professional skiers in their relentless pursuit of progression, combining a mixture of big mountain skiing with mountaineering to push the sport to its limits.
Les Arcs local Thibaud Duchosal produced and stars in the film, which has won 2 awards since its release - Best Action Sports Film in Copenhagen and the Audience Award at the Cuaterets International Film Festival.
It's popularity has seen it distributed across Europe, to Russia and Breckenridge in the US, and on the back of its success, Thibaud is now planning his next venture called 'Sedna' which he is to start filming in April for release in November.
