At the bottom of the Vallandry lift, next to the ESF office, is the Vallandry lift pass office.
You can buy your ski passes directly from the office here. Also available at the lift pass office are piste maps, bus (& train where appropriate) timetables, weather forecasts, ski condition details and avalanche bulletins. You can also purchase the necessary mountain/ski insurance here if you do not already have the correct cover.
Open throughout the winter season, 7 days a week. Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 16:00, Saturday from 08:30 to 18:30 and Sunday from 08:30 to 16:30. There is also an automatic machine selling ski passes open every day from 08:00 to 20:00.
